UNDP Pakistan is recruiting an Individual Contractor to serve as a Research Analyst for Data Support and Analysis in Punjab province. This is a specialized role requiring expertise in research methodology and data analysis to support UNDP development initiatives across Punjab. The assignment carries a level of effort of 220 days spread over a 12-month contract period, and will be based within the Punjab region. The position focuses on providing analytical support to UNDP programmes and projects, with emphasis on data collection, processing, and generation of research-based insights to inform development programming and policy recommendations.
Eligible candidates must possess strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in data management systems, and demonstrated experience in research support roles within development or similar organizational contexts. Applicants should have educational qualifications in relevant fields such as statistics, social sciences, development studies, or related disciplines, along with proven experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Standard UNDP eligibility criteria apply, including citizenship requirements and absence of conflicts of interest. Proposals must be submitted directly through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal no later than 25 June 2026 at 06:00 AM New York time. Candidates must first register in the new supplier portal system to access the negotiation using reference number UNDP-PAK-01640. All clarification requests should be submitted in writing via the portal messaging functionality.
