Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Works and Civil Engineering (DW&CE) of Pakistan Air Force, Chaklala, invites sealed tenders for emergency work in light of PPRA Rule 42-c(v) of 2004. Two components are being procured: provision of certain facilities at PAF Base valued at Rs. 59.946 Million and Rs. 31.910 Million respectively. These emergency works are critical infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing facility provisions at the air force base located in Punjab. The tender notice was issued on 01 June 2026 and represents significant development work within the military engineering services sector.
Eligible contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with government departments. Contractors must be born on the approved List of MES in categories A and B with demonstrated experience in similar type work. All applicants are required to submit complete credentials and experience documentation during the tender application phase. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA Rules 33(1), and rejected tenders will be processed accordingly.
Tenders must be received by 1130 hours on 16 June 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same date at the office of the Accepting Officer. Interested parties and prospective bidders can contact CMES (PAF) Chaklala or the authorized representative for further details between 0715 to 1335 hours on all working days. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors meeting the specified eligibility criteria and special conditions for this high-value emergency work project.
