Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Navy History and Archive Center, located in Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed tenders from experienced, financially sound and technically qualified parties, firms and contractors for uplift and renovation works. The tender is open to bidders of established repute with proven experience in similar construction and renovation projects. The project scope encompasses renovation and uplift works at the center's premises situated at Habib Ibrahim, Rehmatullah Road, Karsaz, Karachi. Interested contractors can obtain the detailed tender document containing complete specifications and work descriptions from the center's office on any working day between 0900 and 1400 hours prior to the closing date upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 10,000. Eligible bidders must be experienced contractors with sound financial credentials and technical capability to execute the proposed works.
All quotations and rates submitted shall remain valid for a period of 120 days following tender opening. Bidders are required to submit a Bank Draft or Pay Order equivalent to five percent of the total bid amount as refundable bid security in favor of PNH&AC Fund Account. The tender must be accompanied by complete technical and financial documentation as specified in the tender document. Bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria and possess necessary licenses and certifications required for undertaking construction and renovation works in Pakistan.
Sealed bids must be received at the Pakistan Navy History and Archive Center office before 1000 hours on 30 June 2026. Tenders will be opened at 1030 hours on the same day in the presence of authorized firm representatives.
