Wooden Wall Mounted Cabinets Supply and Installation by BUITEMS Quetta

Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS), Quetta invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for providing and fixing wooden wall mounted cabinets in the Examination cell of Management Sciences Block SS-C at Takatu Campus. This single-stage, one-envelope procurement follows open competitive bidding procedures. The project is located in Quetta, Balochistan, and requires installation of custom wooden cabinetry to enhance storage and functionality within the examination department. Interested firms should note the submission deadline of 26 June 2026 at 1:45 PM, with bids to be opened the same day at 3:30 PM at the Directorate of Planning & Development office on Airport Road.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineer Council (P.E.C), listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA). Interested firms are required to submit a non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 1,000 as a pay order or demand draft in favour of the Director of Planning & Development, BUITEMS. Bid security of 2 percent of the total bid price must be furnished as a refundable Deposit at Call (CDR) in favour of the Director of Planning & Development. Bids lacking acceptable bid security will be rejected as non-responsive without any right of appeal.

All prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees on F.O.R. basis and remain valid for at least 90 days. The work order will be awarded based on least-cost selection.
