Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR), under the Ministry of Science & Technology, invites electronic bids for the up-gradation of a mineral water setup at PCSIR Laboratories Complex in Peshawar. This re-tender is open to well-reputed and registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers and government contractors who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and maintain active taxpayer status on the Federal Board of Revenue list. The project will be executed at the PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Peshawar, and detailed specifications and requirements are available in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, or government contractors with valid tax registration and active FBR taxpayer status. An earnest money deposit of Rs. 70,000 is required, to be submitted as a bank draft or call deposit in favor of The Director General PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Peshawar. Electronic bids must comply with all regulatory requirements and tender conditions as specified in the bidding documents available on the EPADS platform.
Electronic bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk by June 29, 2026 at 1100 hours. Bidders are requested to submit one hard copy each of technical and financial bids in sealed envelopes separately to PCSIR Head Office, Islamabad to facilitate the evaluation process. Electronic bids will be opened half an hour after the closing time at PCSIR head office in Islamabad.
