Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Higher Education Commission invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of SMDs (Signage and Display Materials) and Sign Boards for its office premises in Punjab province. This tender covers the supply of three main items: 17 units of cable trays measuring 3 feet by 6 feet, one unit of wall-mounted board of 40 feet by 3 feet, and one unit of wall-mounted board of 38 feet by 3 feet. The total estimated value of this procurement is Rs 500,000 approximately. The tender period runs from July 15, 2026 to June 14, 2029, covering a three-year contract term with standard maintenance and warranty provisions.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess valid business registration. Bidders are required to submit bid security as per PPRA rules and must demonstrate financial stability and prior experience in similar signage and display material installations. All bidders must comply with Punjab Government procurement regulations and provide certificates of technical capability. Preference will be given to locally registered suppliers with proven track records.
Bid documents are available from the commission office during working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted to the address provided on or before the closing date of June 29, 2026.
