Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of Tie In/Lowering Material comprising canvas tarpaulins of various sizes, canvas cloth, turpal cloth, silky romals, kassi with handle, pick axes, water coolers, measuring tapes, cotton gloves, and polythene sheets. The tender is issued from SNGPL Camp in Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, with free delivery required within 15 days of purchase order receipt at the Charsadda Camp store. The approximate total bid bond value indicates a substantial procurement for field operations and safety equipment used in gas pipeline maintenance and construction activities.
Bidders must submit firm and irrevocable offers in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all government taxes, duties and levies except sales tax, based on free delivery at SNGPL Store in Charsadda Camp. A bid bond as specified in Appendix E must accompany each bid submission. The offer must remain valid for 60 days from the tender closing date. Only authorized representatives of bidders holding a duly signed authority letter as per Appendix G will be allowed to attend the public bid opening. SNGPL reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15 percent after tender opening, and to have items inspected 100 percent by a third party or by company engineers at bidder's manufacturing premises.
Bids must be submitted in duplicate through EPADS electronic portal and one hard copy addressed to the Officer (Procurement) at SNGPL Camp, Near Tajo Bibi Girls College, Main Charsadda Bazaar, Charsadda, on or before 30 June 2026 at 15:00 hours. Both original and duplicate sealed bids must be marked confidential with tender enquiry number FCS/NSR/TE/017/26 and opening date and time. Public opening of bids will occur on 30 June 2026 at 15:30 hours at the Charsadda office address.
