Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), headquartered in Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the supply of miscellaneous hardware materials on direct charge basis. The tender enquiry reference FCS/KK/TE/011/26 covers 19 line items including grinder switches and armatures for Dewalt equipment, carbon brushes and holders, welding equipment components, industrial sockets, canvas tarpaulins, cutting sets, and web slings. The approximate total bid bond valuation is Rs. 45,095 with free delivery required within 15 days of purchase order placement at SNGPL Store, Karak Camp, Karak. The procurement scope includes Dewalt grinder spare parts, welding cables, clumps, canopies, and related accessories suitable for industrial maintenance and construction operations.
Bidders must submit firm and irrevocable offers in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all government taxes, duties, and levies except sales tax, which should be mentioned separately. A valid bid bond is mandatory as per specimen provided in Appendix E. Only one authorized representative per bidder is permitted to attend the public opening of bids and must provide an authority letter as specified in Appendix G. Bidders must confirm full compliance with technical specifications and tender terms. Quotations must remain open for 60 days from the tender closing date, and any attempt to obstruct competition or form cartels will result in bid rejection and potential debarment from the approved suppliers list.
Bids will be received through EPADS platform and one hard copy submitted to the Officer (Procurement), SNGPL Camp, Near Tajo Bibi Girls College, Main Charsadda Bazaar, Charsadda, on or before 01.07.2026 at 15:00 hours. Public opening of bids will occur on the same date at 15:30 hours. Sealed envelopes must be marked as "Confidential" with the tender enquiry number and opening date. The company reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities up to 15 percent or cancel the enquiry. All items are subject to 100 percent third-party inspection at company expense or by company engineers at manufacturing premises.
