Description / Scope of Work
National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), Headquarters G-5/2 Islamabad, invites electronic bids from reputable firms registered with Tax Authorities for the provision of actuarial valuation services for the pension liabilities of NTC employees. This procurement is being conducted through the electronic procurement system EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk under tender reference HQ/ADV-49/2025-26. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive actuarial valuation of pension obligations owed to NTC's employee base, representing a critical financial assessment required for proper liability accounting and pension fund management.
Bidders must be registered with relevant Tax Authorities and demonstrate relevant experience in providing actuarial valuation services. The bid security and performance security requirements are detailed in the tender documents available on the EPADS portal. All bidders must submit a Commercial Compliance Statement and Declaration of Beneficial Owner Information as specified in the annexes. Bids must be submitted electronically only; manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 1st July 2026 at 1100 hours, with opening scheduled for the same day at 1130 hours.
