Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) invites bids for the procurement of liquefied natural gas (LNG) on a spot tender basis on a delivered ex-ship (DES) foundation. This tender, referenced as PLL/IMP/LNGT67, covers the supply of two LNG cargoes with delivery periods scheduled for 13-14 June 2026 (Cargo 1) and 20-21 June 2026 (Cargo 2). The LNG will be delivered to the Pakistan Gas Port Consortium Limited Terminal located at Port Qasim in Karachi, Sindh province. The contract will be structured using the MSPA framework with detailed specifications and commercial terms to be confirmed in the Confirmation Notice issued to the successful bidder.
Bidders must submit both technical information and commercial offers in separate sealed envelopes by the deadline of 11 June 2026 at 1400 hours Pakistan Standard Time. Technical envelopes will be opened on 11 June 2026 at 1430 hours, followed by commercial offer opening for technically compliant bidders at 1600 hours. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee by 15 June 2026 or such other date as PLL may advise. Only technically compliant bids will be evaluated for commercial terms, and the award will be announced on 11 June 2026.
Bid documents are available from Pakistan LNG Limited, and bids must be submitted to the designated office before the stated deadline. The tender process includes detailed specifications for LNG quality, vessel requirements, and port compliance procedures. All bidders are required to comply with PLL's terms and conditions, and PLL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
