State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, through its Real Estate Division, invites electronic bids for the supply and installation of power factor capacitors at State Life Buildings in Hyderabad, Sindh. This tender is issued under the single stage single envelope system via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The project scope encompasses the procurement and installation of power factor correction equipment at multiple State Life Buildings located in Hyderabad. Interested bidders can download complete bidding documents from EPADS between the date of publication and 20 June 2026 before 11:00 AM.
Bidders must be registered contractors with an Active Taxpayers List (ATL) certificate from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). A bid security of PKR 20,000 is mandatory and must be submitted in original hard copy format. Bids submitted without the original bid security will be rejected and deemed non-responsive. All bids must comply strictly with the instructions provided in the bidding documents.
Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS by 25 June 2026 up to 11:00 AM. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM at the State Life Insurance Corporation office, 7th Floor, State Life Building No.3, Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad, in the presence of the evaluation committee and bidder representatives. In the event of a government-announced public holiday or unfavorable circumstances, the tender opening will be rescheduled to the next working day at the same venue and time.
