Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Government Polyclinic Islamabad (FGPC-PGMI) is inviting bids for the re-tender and purchase of electro-medical equipment and related items for the Urology Department. This procurement is undertaken under the PSDP project titled Strengthening and Up-Gradation of Cardiology and other Departments, spanning financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The tender is being conducted on a National basis using a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding methodology for the supply of goods. The procuring entity is located in Islamabad, Federal Territory, and seeks qualified suppliers and vendors to provide specialized medical equipment meeting the technical specifications outlined in the bidding document.
Bidders must meet the prescribed eligibility criteria which include possession of relevant business registration, tax compliance certificates, and proof of past experience in supplying similar electro-medical equipment. A bid securing declaration is required from all participating bidders. Vendors should demonstrate financial capacity and provide evidence of satisfactory completion of similar contracts within the specified timeframe. All documentation including past experience records, financial statements, and litigation history must be submitted as per the tender requirements.
