Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Benazirabad Zone invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 100 KVA diesel generator set at the State Life Zonal Office located on Main Daur Road, Nawabshah in the Benazirabad Zone of Sindh Province. This tender is issued under the Single Two Envelope System and is open to EPAD and PEC registered contractors who are active on the Federal Board of Revenue or Sindh Revenue Board taxpayers list. The project scope includes complete supply of the generator set, professional installation at the designated office location, comprehensive testing and commissioning to ensure operational readiness.
Eligible bidders must be registered with EPAD or PEC and maintain active taxpayer status with either the FBR or SRB. Bidders are required to submit original bid security in hard copy format amounting to PKR 200,000. Bids received conditionally or telegraphically will be rejected as non-responsive. Similarly, bids uploaded on EPADS after the specified deadline or those lacking submission of original documents in hard copy to the designated office will be rejected. All bidding documentation must strictly conform to the instructions provided in the official bidding documents.
Complete bidding documents are available for download from the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System from the date of publication until 29 June 2026 before 11:00 AM. Interested contractors must submit their bids electronically on EPADS by 29 June 2026 up to 11:00 AM along with the required bid security of PKR 200,000. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM at the State Life Zonal Office, Main Daur Road, Nawabshah in the presence of the evaluation committee and bidder representatives. In the event of any government-declared public holiday or unfavorable circumstances, the tender opening will be postponed to the next working day at the same venue and time. The State Life Insurance Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules.
