Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), Pakistan's leading integrated gas transmission and distribution utility operating in Sindh and Balochistan, invites sealed bids for civil works construction related to mass concreting at multiple project locations in Nawabshah. The scope includes construction for mass concreting at MP-204 (16, 20, 24 & 42 dia inches), MP-206 (16 & 42 dia inches), and KMP-263 (42 dia inches) in HO Section II, Nawabshah, being executed on a complete package basis under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004 clause 36(a). The tender enquiry reference is SSGC/SC/NR/EPADS/14329 with a closing date of 29 June 2026.
Bidders must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and possess valid PEC Certificate in Category C-6 or above with specialization in CE-08 and CE-10 categories or equivalent. A fixed bid bond of Rs. 53,500 (Fifty-three Thousand Five Hundred only) in the form of pay order or demand draft payable to SSGC is mandatory. All bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal before the specified deadline, with physical bid bond documents submitted to SSGC Headquarters Tender Room prior to electronic submission.
Tender documents are available free of charge on the SSGC website and EPADS portal for download by registered bidders. Online bid submission closes at 1130 hours on 29 June 2026, with public opening scheduled for 1200 hours the same day on EPADS in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
