State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Central Zone Lahore invites sealed bids for the hiring of courier services for delivery of local, domestic and national mails at its zonal and regional offices located in Lahore, Punjab. The tender covers courier services required for mail delivery within Lahore city, same zone areas within 200 km radius, and other zones beyond 200 km. The estimated annual cost is Rs. 1,500,000 comprising local mails Rs. 600,000, domestic mail Rs. 500,000 and national mail Rs. 400,000. Tender reference is 04/LZC/COURIER/2026 with bids closing on 29 June 2026 at 2:00 PM.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments with active filing status and also registered on EPADS portal. Firms must have a minimum of five years experience in courier business with at least ten franchises operating in Lahore city. Applicants must submit proof of no complaints from government bodies during the last five years and must have at least five satisfactory service reports from existing reputed clients. Mandatory requirements include a prompt electronic tracking system, 24/7 call centre help line, and electronic devices for booking. A security deposit of Rs. 75,000 in the form of pay order or CDR payable to State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan must be submitted, refundable after one year of satisfactory performance.
Bidders must upload bids on the EPADS system following the single stage single envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Bidders should quote rates per unit for each weight category in local, domestic and national mail categories with all applicable taxes included. Bids must remain valid for at least 90 days from opening date.
