Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids for the raising and rehabilitation of the existing boundary wall at Hydel Power Station Rasul, located along the road from Mandi Bahauddin to Sarai Alamgir in Punjab. This civil infrastructure project is part of WAPDA's Decade of Dams initiative and is scheduled for financial year 2025-26. The work encompasses the complete rehabilitation and structural enhancement of the boundary wall to ensure proper security and containment at the power station facility. The tender reference is F-26061904382 with PID(L)/25 and PRD(L)/WAPDA/399(2025-26). The estimated project value reflected in the bid security requirement is Rs. 400,000, with a completion period of 120 days.
Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above with specialized codes relevant to civil construction and boundary wall rehabilitation. All firms must be registered with Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments, and maintain active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Tax-Payer List (ATL) for the financial year 2025-26. Bid security of Rs. 400,000 must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) drawn in favor of the Resident Engineer Hydel Power Station Rasul, with the firm's name clearly mentioned. The CDR must be uploaded with electronic bids and the original submitted physically on or before the bid closing date and time.
Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and technical requirements are available exclusively on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk for registered bidders. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 10:00 Hrs. on 29 June 2026 as per PPRA rule-13; manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid opening will occur on the same date at 10:30 Hrs. at the office of the Resident Engineer Hydel Power Station Rasul in Mandi Bahauddin.
