Description / Scope of Work
CPGCL GENCO-II TPS Guddu, a generation company operating under the Government of Sindh, invites sealed bids for the construction of precast wall extending from K block towards C block of the residential colony at TPS Guddu in Kashmore district, Larkana division, Sindh province. This civil works project is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation and will be procured through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding method with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The project scope includes the design and execution of precast wall construction connecting the specified residential blocks.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 portal to participate in this procurement. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee as specified in the bidding documents, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Bidders are required to comply with all eligibility criteria and evaluation requirements outlined in the standard bidding document. The tender follows national procurement regulations and is open to qualified contractors meeting the specified technical and financial criteria.
E-Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available for download from https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Sealed e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, June 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM, and will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM.
