Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Healthcare Commission, an independent regulatory body established under the PHC Act 2010, invites sealed bids for the renewal of annual subscription of firewall services specifically for Sangfor M5200 NGFW with Web Application Firewall (WAF). This procurement is for non-consultancy services valued at Rs. 1,185,000 including all applicable taxes. The service is required in Lahore, Punjab, and is intended to maintain continuous network security and firewall protection for the commission's IT infrastructure. Eligible service providers, companies, and bidders dealing in such IT security services must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, or Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Bidders are required to submit bid security of Rs. 23,700 (2 percent of estimated cost) in the form of CDR, unconditional bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order before the closing time.
Bids must be submitted online through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) on or before 29th June 2026 at 14:00 hours. The original bid security documentation must be physically delivered to the Punjab Healthcare Commission office before the closing time, as late bids will not be accepted by the online system. Bid validity period is 120 days from the date of submission. The procurement follows Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedures as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Bids will be opened online on the same day at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives.
