Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Choa Saiden Shah invites sealed e-bids from eligible contractors and firms for the execution of three separate works projects with a combined estimated cost of approximately PKR 19.37 million. The projects comprise renovation and construction of a park at Municipal Committee Choa Saiden Shah valued at PKR 9.961 million, construction of a welcome monument at Minhala By Pass Chowk valued at PKR 4.986 million, and construction of a pixel LED lighting tower with allied works at Milad Chowk valued at PKR 4.420 million, all located in Chakwal District, Punjab. These public infrastructure works are designed to enhance civic amenities and beautification of Choa Saiden Shah.
Eligible bidders must be registered on e-PADS, FBR, and Punjab Revenue Authority with active filer status holding valid NTN and PNTN certificates. Contractors and firms are required to submit bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost for each work in the form of CDR, pay order, demand draft, or banker's cheque made payable to the Chief Officer. All mandatory documents including company registration certificates, tax compliance documentation, and relevant professional licenses must accompany the bid submissions. Insurance bonds are not acceptable as bid security.
E-bids must be submitted exclusively through the e-PADS portal by 11:25 AM on 24 March 2026, with physical bid security documents delivered to the Municipal Committee office by 11:00 AM on the closing date. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:55 AM via e-PADS following single-stage one-envelope procedure. The bidding process is governed by PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bid validity period is 120 days from opening date. Unsuccessful bidders' bid security will be returned after formal declaration of the successful bidder.
