Description / Scope of Work
The Project Management Unit (PMU) under Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority (PWASA), Government of Punjab, invites electronic bids for the procurement of office furniture and fixtures for its office located in Lahore, Punjab. The tender concerns the supply and installation of ceiling, wooden flooring, wooden skirting, sheet paneling, ceiling fans, LED panel lights, glass doors and other allied works. The estimated contract value is PKR 3.000 million, with the scope of work to be completed within ten days after award of contract. This procurement is conducted as per PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended), following a single stage two envelope bidding procedure through the e-PADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal.
Eligibility requirements stipulate that bidders must be contractors, firms, manufacturers or authorized dealers registered on e-PADS and with relevant tax authorities including FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN), STRN and relevant provincial excise and taxation offices. Bidders must possess a valid Professional Tax Certificate (Clearance Certificate) for the financial year 2025-26, provide a blacklist affidavit, litigation affidavit and integrity form. Bid security of five percent of the estimated cost (PKR 150,000) must be submitted in the form of a call deposit, demand draft or pay order from any scheduled bank in Pakistan, made payable to the Deputy Project Director (PMU) PWASA, before the electronic bid submission deadline. Original bid security documents must be physically submitted to the PMU office at 65 Tipu Block, New Garden Town, Lahore in an envelope clearly marked with the tender title.
Electronic bids are to be submitted through the e-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk with a submission deadline of 24th June 2026 at 03:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 03:30 PM. Bidders must upload complete bids as PDF files, including all required forms, technical specifications, financial bids and supporting documents. Clarifications may be sought until 5th March 2026. Bids remain valid for sixty days following tender opening. The complete bidding documents are available on the e-PADS website and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority portal.
