THQ Hospital Ali Pur invites e-bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, and authorized sales and service dealers for the procurement of frame work contracts across ten distinct lots for the financial year 2026-27. The tender covers a total estimated value of Rs. 36.5 million and includes Lab Kits and Chemicals (Rs. 6 million), X-Ray Films and Chemicals (Rs. 4 million), Surgical and Disposable Items (Rs. 3 million), Printing and Stationery (Rs. 6 million), Medical Gases (Rs. 3 million), Linen Items (Rs. 2.5 million), IT Equipment (Rs. 1 million), Transportation, Repair and Maintenance services (Rs. 2 million), General Store Items (Rs. 6 million), and Dental Items (Rs. 2 million). The procurement is being conducted for Ali Pur in Punjab province through an open competitive bidding process.
Eligible bidders must submit bids in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014. Bid security is required at 2 percent of the estimated amount for each lot, to be submitted as CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Ali Pur. All bids must be submitted online through the EPAD (E-Procurement system) portal. Bidders are required to ensure that all relevant documents are scanned and uploaded clearly with proper qualifications and eligibility credentials.

All bids must be submitted through the EPAD portal no later than 11:00 AM on June 25, 2026. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of THQ Hospital Ali Pur. A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
