Description / Scope of Work
Horticulture Agency, Murree invites electronic bids from well-reputed horticulture experienced firms, companies and contractors for the development and beautification of parks and different spots at Pindi Point and other sites in Murree, Punjab. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 1,384,250 and the project will be executed under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through open competitive e-bidding on a single stage, single envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax where applicable. This is a significant beautification initiative aimed at enhancing green spaces and recreational areas in the Murree region.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed horticulture experienced firms with proper tax registration. The bid security required is Rs. 69,212. E-bids shall be submitted through the E-Procurement portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk/auth/login) and the original bid security instrument must be submitted in a separately marked envelope titled "Tender" before the deadline at the office of the Director Horticulture, Horticulture Agency Head Office, Kashmir Point Murree. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Guarantee equivalent to up to 10% of the total work order amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt if the quoted rate is 5% or more below the estimated amount. Conditional tenders will not be accepted and bids will remain valid for 30 days.
E-bids must be uploaded on the EPADS portal before 24th June 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Bid documents are available on the PPRA website at https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/viewTender.aspx. Bidders should upload their bids well before the deadline and not wait until the last moment to avoid portal shortfalls.
