Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites sealed bids for the rehabilitation and improvement of road in Shadman-II near Mental Hospital, Lahore, Punjab. This project involves comprehensive road works including dismantling of ramps with removal of mulba, excavation and removal of mulba, provision and laying of sub-base course using stone product of approved quality and grade, provision and laying of PCC 1:2:4, provision and fixing of tuff paver in 60mm and 80mm thickness, provision and fixing of kerb stone K-4, pacca brick work, dismantling of road metalling, provision and laying of base course, provision and laying of brick on edging, bituminous priming coat, bituminous tack coat, and provision and laying of plant premixed bituminous carpet. The estimated project cost is Rs. 44,080,513 with 05% PST amounting to Rs. 2,204,025, bringing the total cost to Rs. 46,284,539. Earnest money required is Rs. 2,314,227 and the time limit for completion is 02 months.
Bidders must meet all eligibility criteria as specified by the Lahore Development Authority and possess valid licenses for road construction work. The earnest money of Rs. 2,314,227 must be submitted with the bid as bid security. Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical specifications and standards as outlined in the tender documents.
Interested contractors can obtain complete bid documents from the Lahore Development Authority office. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes before the closing date of 26 June 2026.
