Description / Scope of Work
The Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab, invites bids for the auction of parking cycle stand and main canteen/cafeteria services at THQ Hospital Chishtian for the financial year 2026-27. Two separate tenders are being offered: the Canteen/Tuck Shop with a reserved price of Rs. 1,562,000 and the Parking Services with a reserved price of Rs. 2,190,000. Both contracts will commence upon signing and expire on 30th June 2027. The auction will be held on 7th July 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Chishtian, located in Chishtian, Punjab.
Eligibility requirements include that bidders must be active taxpayers with valid NTN or STRN registration. Bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (Call Deposit) of Rs. 350,000 for each tender and provide original CNIC along with the tender receipt to participate in the auction process. Government-declared defaulters are not permitted to participate. Bidders must obtain the bidding document from the office of the undersigned by paying a document fee of Rs. 1,000 for each tender.
Bid documents must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 7th July 2026. The successful bidder must pay one-fourth of the successful bid amount in the government account, including applicable taxes, on the day of award and submit the remaining balance in monthly installments before the 5th of each month. All applicable taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab must be paid by the successful bidder. The hospital administration reserves the right to reject all offers under PPRA 2014 (Amended 2016) Rule 35(1) and Auction Collection Right Rules 2016.
