Punjab Education Foundation invites bids for the hiring of services for group health insurance coverage for its employees in fiscal year 2026-27. This is an open competitive bidding process conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules. The tender seeks qualified insurance service providers to offer comprehensive health insurance policy for PEF employees. The procuring agency is based in Lahore, Punjab, and administers this tender through the Deputy Director (Procurement) office located at 52-L Gulberg III near Kalma Chowk. The scope includes provision of health insurance services as detailed in the Terms of Reference within the bidding document.
Eligible bidders must be registered insurance companies or authorized health insurance service providers licensed to operate in Pakistan. A bid security is required from all bidders as per the conditions outlined in the tender document. Bidders must submit one bid per entity, and late bids will be rejected.
