Punjab Institute of Neurosciences, Lahore invites electronic bids for framework contract procurement of drugs, medicines, medical devices (surgical disposable items), implants and neuro-angiography equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This tender (TENDER-II FY 2026-27) covers a comprehensive range of pharmaceutical and medical supplies required for neuroscience operations at the Ferozpur Road facility in Lahore, Punjab. The procurement encompasses multiple categories of items essential for patient care and surgical procedures including injectable medications, capsules, tablets, implantable devices and specialized angiography materials.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant regulatory authorities including the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, Pakistan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association or equivalent registration bodies as applicable to their product category. Bidders are required to provide valid manufacturer authorization certificates, business registration documents, tax clearance certificates and proof of financial capability. A bid security equivalent to two percent of the total estimated bid value must be submitted in the form of bank guarantees or other acceptable instruments. Only bids from manufacturers, authorized distributors and registered suppliers with proper documentation will be considered for evaluation.
