Tehsil Head Quarters Hospital Chak Jhumra, located in District Faisalabad, Punjab, invites online bids through the EPADS system for a comprehensive framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement encompasses multiple categories including medicines, surgical and disposable items with an estimated cost of 30 million rupees, dialysis medicines and consumables worth 17 million rupees, pathology laboratory items and reagent kits valued at 12 million rupees, general store items at 4 million rupees, printing items at 2.5 million rupees, stationery items at 1 million rupees, X-ray films and chemical items at 4 million rupees, dental materials and instruments at 1 million rupees, medical gases at 2 million rupees, and bedding and linen items at 1.5 million rupees. The total estimated procurement value exceeds 75 million rupees for supplies required throughout the financial year.
Eligible bidders must be registered as sole proprietors, partnerships, or companies with active Income Tax, GST, and PST registration certificates. Bidders are required to be experienced suppliers in their respective categories and must submit a bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost for each lot in the form of a CDR, pay order, demand draft, or banker's cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan, valid for 180 days. The procurement will be conducted following the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended, using an open competitive bidding procedure with a single stage and two envelope system as specified for government procurement in Punjab.
Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents free of cost from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded on the EPADS platform on or before June 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with separate submissions required for each lot. Bidders must submit the original CDR and hard copies of bids in sealed envelopes on or before the closing date of June 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tender opening will occur on the same date at 10:30 AM.
