Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited (PRAL) invites electronic bids from eligible vendors for the procurement of laptops. This e-tender notice P-23/2026 is issued by PRAL, the revenue automation authority, and seeks qualified bidders to supply laptops as per detailed specifications and requirements. The procurement is open to registered bidders, and the tender is being conducted through the Electronic Procurement & Audit System (EPADS). The procuring organisation is headquartered in Islamabad, Federal, and all procurement activities will be managed from their Galaxy Business Centre office located in Sector I-9/3, Islamabad.
Eligible vendors must be registered bidders on the EPADS platform to participate in this procurement. Prospective bidders are advised to review all conditions and ensure compliance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 before submitting proposals. The Evaluation and Grant Review Committee (GRC) shall be constituted in accordance with Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Electronic proposals must be prepared in strict accordance with instructions provided in the bidding document and submitted through EPADS 2.0 on or before 26th June 2026 at 3:00 PM. The opening of bids will take place on the same date at 3:30 PM.
