Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Airports Authority invites sealed bids from eligible construction contractors for the construction of a boundary wall along the perimeter of Hyderabad Airport in Sindh. The project is valued at PKR 22,000,000 and represents a significant infrastructure development for the airport's security and operational boundaries. This tender is open to licensed contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and holding valid active National Tax Numbers. The work scope includes comprehensive boundary wall construction as per specifications and drawings detailed in the bid documents available on the E-PADS portal.
Eligible bidders must be licensed Constructors registered with PEC in Category C-3 or above and possess valid active NTN registration to participate in this tender for above-said works. Bid Security must be submitted in original form on the date and time of opening as an instrument in favour of PAA Development. Conditional tenders and bids lacking proper bid security or containing false information will be rejected. PAA reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rule 33, and bidders are warned that fake or dishonoured financial instruments submitted as bid security will result in blacklisting and legal action.
Bidders must download the detailed E-Bidding document containing full terms, conditions, specifications and requirements from pages 83 to 146 available on the EPADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. All bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA's E-PADS v2.0 portal in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004, e-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023, and applicable regulatory guidelines. The bid submission deadline is 08-07-2026 at 11:00 hrs with opening scheduled for 09-07-2026 at 11:30 hrs.
