Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO), a power utility operating in Sindh, invites sealed tenders for the sale of old, scrap, and unserviceable material including copper wire, cable, transformers, single phase meters, and other electrical equipment. The tender covers material accumulated from various decommissioned installations and maintenance operations across SEPCO's service territory in Sindh province. The total estimated value of material for sale is approximately 3,025,450 rupees. Interested buyers may inspect the material at SEPCO's authorized locations during specified office hours at the Belor mentioned office location in Sindh.
All bidders must be eligible and duly registered as contractors or suppliers with relevant authorities. Bid security (Earnest Money Deposit) of 3,000 rupees to 1,370,000 rupees depending on the lot is required and must be submitted with the tender in the form of a banker's cheque or pay order drawn on a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The bid security becomes forfeited if the successful bidder fails to submit the performance security within the stipulated time frame. All bids must include valid taxation and business registration documentation as applicable.
Bid documents containing detailed schedules, terms and conditions, and specifications are available during official working hours at SEPCO's office in Sindh. Sealed tenders must be submitted in the prescribed format and deposited in the tender box at the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO before the closing date and time. Tender opening will be conducted in the presence of authorized representatives and interested bidders.
