Description / Scope of Work
Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi invites walk-in interviews for pre-qualification of firms for registration in the local purchase on day to day (LPDD) basis for medicines, surgical disposables and laboratory items for the financial year 2026-2027. This tender is issued under the directions of the Procurement Wing Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, Government of Punjab, in accordance with SO(P-I)/H/LP Guidelines dated 9 January 2023. The scope encompasses new registration of local suppliers capable of providing regular supplies of pharmaceutical and medical items on a daily basis to support the hospital's operational requirements in Rawalpindi, Punjab.
Eligible firms must be registered with relevant regulatory bodies and capable of supplying high-quality medicines and surgical disposables. A performance guarantee in the form of a banker's cheque or certificate of deposit amounting to Rs 35,000 (refundable) in the name of the Medical Superintendent Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi, is mandatory. All participating firms must submit documents containing terms and conditions along with the performance guarantee as a CDR at the time of interview. No documentation will be accepted without the required performance guarantee.
Documents for submission must be obtained immediately from the Purchase Department of Holy Family Hospital or downloaded from the website of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Walk-in interviews will be held on Thursday, 2 July 2026 at 10:30 AM. The response time for PPRA website access shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication. All decisions will be made in accordance with PPRA rules 2014 amendments.
