Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil Lahor, District Swabi, KPK, is inviting sealed bids for two major infrastructure development works under ADP No. 941/251118 for the financial year 2025-26. The first project involves the installation and upgradation of single and double arm street lights at various urban centers including Tindher, Jalbai, Jaisai, Lahor, Beka, Manki, Mattani Changan, and Jehangira in Tehsil Lahor with an estimated cost of 48.45 million rupees. The second project focuses on the enhancement of public spaces at UC Beka, Tehsil Lahor, with an estimated cost of 1.55 million rupees. Both works are being procured through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure via the EPADS platform.
Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the required category and must maintain valid status with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Bid security is required at two percent of the engineer's estimated cost, payable in the form of a call deposit receipt made in favor of the Assistant Director, Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil Lahor. A non-refundable tender form fee of 0.03 percent of the engineer's estimated cost must accompany the technical proposal.
Bid solicitation documents and bill of quantities are available for download from the official EPADS website at epa.procure.gov.pk and from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA portal. Bidders must submit both technical and financial proposals through EPADS via registered courier service to the Office of the Assistant Director before the deadline of June 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. For clarifications, bidders may contact the department through EPADS until June 28, 2026. All submissions must comply with PPRA guidelines and KPK Government procurement rules.
