Description / Scope of Work
University of Lakki Marwat invites electronic bids on a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for the supply and installation of computers in the Computer Science Lab under a PSDP funded project titled Upgrading of Bannu University of Science and Technology Lakki Marwat Campus to Full Fledged University. The project is being undertaken in Lakki Marwat, KPK province, and procurement will be processed in accordance with KP Public Procurement Rules (Amended). Bids are invited from well-reputed, eligible, and experienced service companies or authorized dealers that are duty registered with KPRA and FBR for Income and Sales Tax.
Interested bidders must be registered service providers with relevant experience in computer supply and installation. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated tender amount is required, payable as a bank draft or pay order in the name of Treasurer University of Lakki Marwat. The bid security in original must reach the office of the Treasurer and a copy must be attached with the electronic bid submission. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids subject to relevant KPPRA Rules provisions and may cancel the bidding process at any time.
Detailed e-bidding documents containing terms and conditions are available for download from EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and the official university website (https://ulm.edu.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before June 30, 2026, up to 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 12:00 noon. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on June 23, 2026, at 12 pm in Conference Room ULM. Financial proposals of only technically eligible firms will be accepted and opened.
