THQ Hospital Khar Fort Munro invites sealed tenders from well-reputed chemists and druggists registered under the Drug Act 1976 with valid license holders for the purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items on daily basis for the financial year 2026-27. The tender encompasses supply of essential pharmaceutical products and medical disposables required for hospital operations in Khar Fort Munro, Punjab. Medicines will be delivered at the hospital on a daily basis, with emergency medicines provided immediately on demand. The contractor will establish a retail point at THQ Hospital Khar Fort Munro for convenient procurement and inventory management.
Participants must be GST Professional Tax and Income Tax certificate holders. The rate of rebate on retail price of medicines should be quoted as the basis for tender acceptance. Five percent of the total budget allocated, refundable at contract termination, will be deposited as guarantee by the successful bidder. The supplier will be bound for continuous medicine supply during the entire contract period till next contract issuance. Quotations must be submitted with typed discount rates; no handwritten discounts will be accepted. Previous performance and reputation shall be considered during tender evaluation and acceptance or rejection, with the hospital authority retaining the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning reasons.
Sealed tender envelopes marked as "TENDER FOR PURCHASE OF MEDICINES THQ HOSPITAL KHAR FORT MUNRO" must be submitted to the undersigned by 1000 hours on 29 June 2026, opening at 1100 hours the same day in the presence of participants or their representatives.
