SFMKB Institute of Cardiology, Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab is inviting sealed bids for the financial year 2026-2027 through the E-PAD online portal for four tenders of critical supplies and services. The procurement includes bulk purchase of drugs and chemical items, lab kits and chemicals, maintenance and repair services for equipment including lubricants and spare parts with an estimated cost of Rs 22,898,400, and patient bed lift maintenance services with an estimated cost of Rs 7,600,000. These tenders are issued under the Health Department, Government of the Punjab, and are governed by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Qualified and eligible healthcare providers and suppliers with proven technical expertise, financial stability, and managerial experience are invited to participate in this competitive bidding process for Dera Ghazi Khan.
Bidders must meet eligibility requirements including registration with relevant professional bodies, valid tax registration, and proof of financial capability. Each tender requires submission of bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded separately on the E-PAD portal, with technical evaluation conducted first. Only financially qualified bidders will have their financial proposals opened and evaluated. All applicable government taxes will be deducted from payments as per prevailing rules, and a performance guarantee as per bidding documents must be furnished by successful bidders to the Executive Director, D.G Khan Institute of Cardiology.

The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 25-06-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Purchase Branch, SFMKB Institute of Cardiology, Dera Ghazi Khan. Online bid submission closes on 06-07-2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening on the same date at 11:30 AM. Bids submitted after the final deadline will be rejected.
