DHQ Hospital Pakpattan invites sealed competitive bids through the E-PADS (Electronic Procurement and Auction Development System) for the local purchase of medicines, medical gases, supplies, and consumables during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses fourteen tender items including local purchase of medicines (15%), specialist programme medicines, emergency local purchase of medicines (10%), bio medical gases supply, lab kits and disposable items, lab reagents on RR basis, radiology items, dental items, general store items, stationery items, printing items, and linen items. The total estimated cost for all items is approximately 130.8 Million Pakistani Rupees. This hospital procurement is managed by the Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital Pakpattan, located in Punjab province, and covers essential supplies required for ongoing hospital operations and patient care throughout the fiscal year.
Bidders must possess relevant business registration and technical qualifications as per PPRA Rules 2014. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost as mentioned in the tender notice. The bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR (Cash Deposit Receipt), TT (Telegraphic Transfer), or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank. Late bids and bids without proper security documentation shall be rejected. Bidders are required to ensure complete compliance with E-PADS submission requirements and must upload all bidding documents through the electronic system. Any submission containing false information or fabricated documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting from future tender participation.
Bidding documents are available on the E-PADS portal and the PPRA website. E-bids must be submitted online through the E-Procurement System (EPADS) at https://punjab.eproc.gov.pk according to the schedule specified. The e-bid submission deadline is 30th June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 12:30 PM. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in a separately marked envelope with the bidding document number and title to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Pakpattan, District Pakpattan, before the e-bid submission deadline. Bidders should verify their submissions on the E-PADS portal well before the closing time.
