Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA), an authority established under the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act 2024, invites pre-qualification and sealed bids for the procurement of catering services for a contract period of one year. The tender is referenced as DQI/PERA/PSC/T/2025-28 with an estimated contract value of 150 million Pakistani rupees. PERA seeks to engage sound, reputable service providers with relevant business history and tax registration to deliver high-quality catering services throughout the procurement period. Applicants must be registered on the e-PADS (e-Procurement Across Provinces System) portal to be eligible for participation in the pre-qualification process. All applications must be submitted exclusively through e-PADS; submissions through other means will be rejected. A bid security of 3.0 million rupees is required from successful bidders. The technical bid submission deadline is June 23, 2026 before 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for June 23, 2026 at 02:30 PM. Only registered applicants whose pre-qualification applications are accepted will be invited to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings, and successful bidders will be required to sign a Contract Agreement with PERA. Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and subsequent amendments.
