WAPDA Hospital Peshawar, operating under the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority, invites applications from eligible firms for the provision of Hospital Diet Services under a Closed Framework Agreement. The framework agreement process shall be conducted manually in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and the WAPDA Procurement & Contract Manual 2022, as the framework module is not yet available on EPADS Version 2.0. The agreement shall remain valid for one year from the date of execution. This procurement is located in Peshawar, Punjab province.
Only qualified firms meeting the hospital's operational and quality standards shall be eligible to participate in the subsequent Call-off Competition under the Closed Framework Agreement. Interested firms must obtain the complete closed framework agreement documents from the Office of the Medical Superintendent, WAPDA Hospital Peshawar, during official office hours. A document fee of Rs. 2,000 is required at the time of collection.
Applications must be submitted duly completed in all respects to the office of the Medical Superintendent before 11:00 AM on 10th August 2026. Applications shall be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with PPRA Rule 33(1) as amended to date.
