Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors, and suppliers for the provision and supply of customize desktops and LED monitors. This tender is issued under reference number IT/17/25-26 and follows a Single Stage One Envelope procurement procedure. The tender is open to eligible bidders registered with relevant tax authorities in Sindh province. Bid security of 2 percent of the bid value is required, to be submitted as a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi.
Eligibility is restricted to active taxpayers of manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors, and suppliers who are registered with relevant tax authorities. Bidders must ensure compliance with all SPP Rules 2010 requirements. The bid security must accompany the tender submission, and only uploaded bids with supporting documents will be accepted on the SPPRA EPADS portal. In case of any contradiction between EPADS submitted bid and manually submitted bid, the EPADS version will be considered valid for evaluation purposes.
Tender documents can be downloaded from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000, payable via challan generated from the IBA website and deposited at Meezan Bank Ltd. Bids must be uploaded on SPPRA EPADS from June 12 to June 26, 2026, with submission closing at 03:00 PM. Original bid documents and bid security must be physically delivered to IBA, Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270, before the bid opening.
