Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites bids through the EPADS portal for the supply of web slings. This tender enquiry, referenced as FCS/SOA/TE/045/2026, is issued by SNGPL's Soan Camp facility located near Saroba Grid Station in Sehal Village, Rawalpindi District. The procurement is open to qualified suppliers capable of meeting specified technical requirements and delivery schedules. Bidders must submit their offers in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties, and levies including Sales Tax, with clear indication of GST rates applicable to each item quoted. The tender documents comprise general terms, schedule of requirements and delivery specifications, technical specifications, price term sheets, and various mandatory forms and certificates.
Eligibility requirements include possession of valid GST and National Tax Numbers with certificates, a Professional Tax Clearance Certificate, and documentary evidence of business establishment. Bidders must provide proof of ownership type through appropriate documents such as NIC for proprietors, partnership deeds, or Articles of Association for companies. A bid bond in original form must be submitted in hard copy before the closing time to the Senior Officer (Procurement) at SNGPL Soan Camp, Dhamyal Road, Rawalpindi. The bid bond should be prepared according to the specimen format provided in Appendix E. Only one authorized representative per bidder will be allowed to attend the public opening ceremony. Bids must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date, and bidders offering materials conforming to standards other than those specified must provide certified copies of such standards in English with evidence of their recognized authoritative status.
Bid documents are available through the EPADS portal and must be submitted electronically before 15:00 hours on 26 June 2026, with public opening scheduled for 15:30 hours the same day at the Rawalpindi location. Payment will be made within 30 days of goods receipt, subject to approval where applicable, with SNGPL deducting one percent of total Sales Tax as withholding agent under applicable tax rules.
