Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of laptop computers under Tender No. P-23/2026. This is a national-level procurement of goods conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection technique. The procuring agency has reserved funds for this procurement in the fiscal year 2026-27 and intends to apply part of these proceeds to cover eligible payments under the contract. The tender is being administered from the agency's office located in Islamabad Capital Territory at Galaxy Business Center, 2nd Floor, Plot No. 266-B, Street No. 9, Sector I-9/3, Islamabad.
All prospective bidders must meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the bidding document and must be registered on EPADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) before the submission deadline. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order as described in the Bid Security Section of the bidding document, or alternatively bidders may furnish a Bid Security Declaration as specified. The bidding document contains comprehensive terms and conditions, detailed specifications, requirements, evaluation criteria, and all necessary forms including the Bid Securing Declaration, Contract Form, Integrity Pact, and Performance Guarantee Form.
Electronic bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must register themselves on or before Friday, June 26, 2026 at 03:00 PM, and electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM using the EPADS v2.0 system. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained.
