Pakistan Post, through the Office of the Postmaster General Southern Punjab Circle Multan, invites electronic bids from financially sound and eligible reputable Security Service Providers for the deployment of private security guards at General Post Offices (GPOs), Head and Sub Post offices across the Southern Punjab Circle Multan region. The tender covers a one-year contract period from 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027, with provisions for further extension based on satisfactory performance. This is a significant procurement opportunity for security service providers operating in Punjab seeking to expand their government contracts portfolio in the postal sector across multiple locations in Multan and surrounding areas.
Interested bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and comply with all statutory requirements. The Security Deposit Refundable (SDR) required is Rs. 408,000/- in favour of the Postmaster General, Southern Punjab Circle Multan, which must be submitted along with the financial bid by depositing Rs. 5,000/- (Non-refundable) through receipt at any Post office. Bidders are required to meet financial soundness criteria and possess valid registration as security service providers. All bidders must demonstrate eligibility and reputation in the security services industry before consideration.
The bidding process is conducted through the electronic procurement system (E-PADS) available at www.eprocure.gov.pk in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Interested service providers can download tender application forms, terms, conditions, specifications and requirements from www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted using the E-PADS platform on or before 29-06-2026 at 11:00 AM, with manual bids also accepted in separate technical and financial envelopes. Bids will be opened on 29-06-2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Postmaster General, 4-Mall Road, Multan Cantt. The Postmaster General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid offers wholly or partially.
