HQ National Logistic Corporation, a government entity in Punjab, invites sealed tenders for the supply of brand new office furniture. The tender reference is NL-1 and covers complete furniture supply as a single project. Bidders may quote either locally manufactured or imported furniture, but firms are restricted to quoting only one variant, type, or category of furniture item. Bidders can examine reference samples at HQ NLC on any working day before tender opening. Technical and financial quotations must be submitted separately and completely, with no omitted items, otherwise the tender may be cancelled.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or authorised Re-Sellers/Dealers with at least five years of documented experience in manufacturing or selling office furniture. Bidders must submit proof of financial capability of at least Rs 100 million for the last three fiscal years through audited reports, along with valid NTN/STRN and active tax filer status with 100% compliance. A tender fee and earnest money deposit are mandatory. Additional requirements include a non-blacklisting affidavit, certificate of acceptance of all tender conditions, list of major clients, and firm hierarchy with owner and management portfolio. All quotations must include detailed technical specifications, make and type of wood, polishing details, comparison charts, and complete brochures.
Bid documents must be submitted in double sealed covers with separate technical and commercial offers, clearly marked with tender enquiry number and opening date, with the outer cover bearing only the office address. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, packing, delivery, and installation charges, and must remain firm and final. The offer validity period must be at least 60 days from tender opening without conditions. Furniture delivery must be completed within 60 days of Letter of Acceptance or contract award, whichever is earlier, with late delivery charges applicable thereafter.
