Air University, Islamabad invites sealed bids from registered bidders for running of the Hostel Mess Complex and Main Cafeteria at the newly established BAHU Campus in Shorkot, District Jhang. The scope of work includes management and operation of dining facilities expected to serve approximately 400 to 500 students, faculty and staff members. The contract encompasses provision of cafeteria running and management, supply of kitchen equipment and crockery items as required, establishment of serving counters, branding work and any additional furniture as deemed necessary by the university. This is a service contract for an educational institution's food services operations at a new satellite campus location in Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be registered and comply with all conditions outlined in the tender documents. The bidding procedure follows a single stage two envelopes approach as per Public Procurement Rules. Bidders are required to apply through the EPADS system. Tender documents are available for collection from Air University Main Campus in Islamabad and BAHU Campus from June 12, 2026 onwards on working days, and can also be downloaded free of cost from the university website at www.au.edu.pk. All sealed bids must be submitted at Air University Main Campus, Sector E-9, Islamabad on or before June 29, 2026 at 1100 hours. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 1130 hours at the specified venue.
