Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of Lube Oil under tender enquiry reference LE-037/26. This procurement is open to qualified bidders and covers the supply of subject-noted lube oil items as per the technical specifications and delivery schedule detailed in the tender documents. The tender is issued from the company's head office located in Lahore, Punjab, and is governed by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2004. Interested suppliers must possess valid professional tax clearance, sales tax registration, and income tax certificates to be eligible for participation. Quotations must be submitted online through the Federal PPRA E-PADS portal on or before June 15, 2026 at 1430 hours, with hard copies forwarded through courier or by hand to the General Manager Procurement at Gas House, 1st Floor, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore. Technical proposals will be opened publicly on the same date at 1500 hours at the above address. Financial proposals of technically acceptable bidders will be opened subsequently at a date and venue to be announced.
