For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a large framework contract with Rs. 91 million aggregate value across twelve diverse supply and service categories spanning vehicles, IT equipment, building works, and consumables. The tender is multi-category allowing bidders to bid on selected items only. As a framework agreement for FY 2026-27, orders will be called throughout the year rather than lump-sum delivery. The two-percent bid security requirement is moderate. Domestic suppliers, dealers, and small contractors across different disciplines (mechanical, electrical, construction, IT) can compete. No pre-qualification documentation requirements are specified, suggesting a lower barrier to entry. The relatively short submission window and immediate opening same-day suggest a transparent process.
Who can bid: The notice states bidding is open to eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document but does not specify PEC categories, SECP registration, or other prerequisites in the extracted section. Typically, for supplies bidders require NTN registration and relevant trade licenses; for construction and repairs, PEC registration in appropriate categories is expected. Authorized dealers and manufacturers of specified equipment may be preferred for certain lots.
