Sui Southern Gas Company Limited invites bids for the supply of hardware materials required for wheel and axle assembly components. The tender covers four items including moulding of axle hub end cap (quantity 30 units), round head wheel stud nuts with external thread (quantity 300 units), wheel hub double ended stud bolts with external threading (quantity 300 units), and flange nuts of specified size (quantity 300 units). All items must conform to detailed specifications provided in the tender document. The total fixed bid bond amount is PKR 40,000. Delivery is required within 45 to 60 days after confirmation of purchase order to Khadeji Stores in Sindh province. Bidders must be registered in the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) as per SRO 296(1)/2023 dated 8th March 2023. Eligible bidders are required to submit a physical bid bond to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office before the bid submission deadline. The bid security amount of PKR 40,000 is mandatory and must be submitted in original form along with a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. Bidders must provide technical literature duly signed and stamped, and ensure all documents including Form-X are properly executed. The quoted unit price must be inclusive of all duties, taxes, and discounts except General Sales Tax (GST).
Tenders must be submitted exclusively through EPADS before the closing deadline of 30 June 2026 at 11:30 hours. The opening date is scheduled for 10 June 2026 at 12:57 hours. Bidders are required to fill the Schedule of Requirement and Bid Form correctly with unit prices and delivery schedules. For queries or complaints regarding the tender, bidders should address GM(P) or DGM(P) in writing. All offers remain valid for 120 days from bid opening, with bid bonds valid for 150 days. The evaluation will be conducted on the lowest technically and commercially compliant bidder basis unless otherwise specified.
