The Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad invites proposals for the development of Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) or Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer (DBFOT) public-private partnership model. The project scope encompasses enhancement of seating arrangements and establishment of commercial shops within the stadium facility located in Islamabad. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks qualified private entities to design, finance, construct, operate, and eventually transfer the developed facility back to the government upon completion of the concession period. The project aims to modernize the existing hockey stadium infrastructure while generating commercial revenue through retail and food service operations.
Eligible bidders must be experienced in sports infrastructure development, facility management, and commercial operations.
