Description / Scope of Work
The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of three smart LED display units under tender reference NADRA-HQ-RFB-73/2026. This is a national competitive bidding process conducted through a single-stage two-envelope procedure. The tender is open to eligible contractors and suppliers capable of supplying, delivering, and installing high-quality smart LED displays meeting the specified technical requirements. The procurement is being undertaken at NADRA's headquarters in Islamabad, Federal territory, and includes full responsibility for equipment delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning at the designated location.
Bidders must possess valid business registration and relevant technical qualifications to participate in this tender. A bid security (earnest money deposit) is required as specified in the bid data sheet and standard forms. Only bidders meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in Section IV of the bidding documents and demonstrating financial capacity and technical capability will be considered for evaluation. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance security and execute an integrity pact before contract award.
Bidding documents are available in two envelopes: the first containing technical and administrative submissions, and the second containing price bids. Interested parties must obtain complete bidding documents from NADRA and submit sealed bids on or before the closing date of 29 June 2026. Bid opening will be conducted as per the schedule specified in the bid data sheet. All communications regarding this tender should be directed to NADRA's procurement department. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder meeting all technical and commercial requirements.
