The Pakistan People's Ration Authority (PPRA) invites sealed bids for the supply of baled white bhoosa (fodder) for the financial year 2026/27 at its headquarters located at R&D Building, 1st Floor, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad, Punjab. The tender covers procurement of 2,109 tons of baled white bhoosa from Mill Farm locations including Mill Farm Abbottabad (770 tons), Mill Farm Jhelum (3,484 tons), and other designated government feeding facilities. This tender is issued through an open competitive bidding process under the authority's standard procurement procedures and is published for wide publicity on the PPRA website.
Bidders must possess valid business registration, tax registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and maintain an Active Tax Payers List (ATL) status. Suppliers should hold valid Grade-IV or higher business registration and furnish audited accounts or relevant financial documentation for the last two years. Bid security equivalent to five percent of estimated tender value is mandatory. Bidders must comply with all regulatory requirements under the Custom Duty Regulations (CDR) and other applicable laws. Non-HBL walk-in customers are required to attach identification documents with their bids.
Bid documents and detailed tender specifications are available for collection from the Mill Farm offices and PPRA headquarters in Islamabad. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the designated receiving office on or before 14 June 2028. Technical and financial proposal opening will be held at PPRA offices following the submission deadline. Copies of relevant tear sheets from newspapers and original bills submitted with bids will be retained for payment verification purposes.
